Orlando

My first few days here in Orlando has been super busy! Not only do I have to get settled in with everything it means but also this weekend is Wake Games, my first American contest! Orlando is PACKED with wakeboarders from all over the world right now and everyone is training hard. It’s so fun to be able to see so many boats out on all the little lakes with people riding and I’ve already had time to meet up with a lot of my friends from all over the world.

I was struggling a bit with riding though as the wakes here are much bigger than I am used to and I had a hard time getting my timing right. Finally yesterday for the first time, things felt better but I am still a little bit worried about tomorrow. Hopefully everything will go as planned, we ride at 7.45 AM Floridian time if you wanna cheer for us. Now I’m off to ride again before the comp with my westcoast friends! I’ll let you know how it goes!
