Yoga is going well! I’m still shaking with adrenalin every time I leave the house to head for the studio but every time I get there I realize it’s just my thoughts making things out to be worse than they actually are. I can’t believe tomorrow is the last day! I’m actually starting to enjoy the yoga (and just as I write this the thoughts of todays upcoming sesh makes the adrenaline start flowing again).
