Jakarta
Just had to tell you guys, of course, the idiot (that is ME) booked the wrong last flight so instead of leaving with D and all my friends I had to stay behind and wait another hour for the next flight and of course that flight is delayed. Haha sometimes I even surprise myself with my brilliantness.
I feel a little bit like this guy right now.. (Photo: Unknown)
On our way to Palembang
Two flights and two more to go! Now I’m in Kuala Lumpur with DC on our way to the next World Cup stop in Indonesia. Here (after smashing another starbucks) we met up with some more of the riders like Michael Callebert from Belgium and thr Red Bull talent Giorgia Gregorio from Italy. The last two flights are only a couple hours and I can’t wait to get there. I think we are about to board so I’ll tell you more when I know. Don’t forget you can follow me on my instagram as well. @Wakecarro
Peace (:
Video from the World Cup finals in Australia
Just found a 9 minute recap from the World Cup finals. Definitely one of the most fun contests I’ve ever ridden, full of awesome people, check it out!
Last day of training
Good morning! Today is our last day here in Thailand since we fly to Australia and Perht tomorrow for the World Cup!
After taking 3 days off the water to let my ankle recover I tried riding yesterday. With more tape on my ankle than there is boats on the river here it actually worked! I was soo relieved to stick most of my contest pass anyways so i’m going to enjoy riding today. Just about to get my morning yoga on, for some reason I keep waking up really early and I’m loving it! I feel so much better when I’ve had time to wake my body up before heading out on the water.
Oh, by the way, I just found the program for this weekend and I’m stoked to be featured as one of the “Athletes to watch”. you can read it here : LINK
Peace ♥
Sneaky Rail Jam
A few weeks ago, my friend Lawrence invited us all to this place in Australia where he had built a winch rail set-up! It was so much fun and even though we seemed to have been too busy hitting the thing instead of filming I threw this together for you.. Enjoy!
