About to ride the first round of nationals and got some cool peeps here to support me.
The spot for nationals
Xtreme
Leaving Spain again after a couple of weeks of awesomeness! Had over 40 degrees, flat water and such great riding. There pics are one of our evening rides. The water was amazing and I feel ready for the upcoming comps now. First up is Swedish nationals! (:
Swedish Nationals this week end!
Dyl’ and Jordan
Best Sets in a long time last night! Riding with Dylan and Jordan really puts a good atmosphere in the boat and especially since I rode last and got to watch them kill it. Dylan was so close to his back mobe 5 and throws the steeziest method glides ever (wakeboard talk for yah!). And after that Jordan rode a full 20 mins without falling once and landed pretty much everything in his trick book and a new trick. (Including 7’s back 5’s tantrum to blind, roll to blind) Anyone who has ever wakeboarded knows how hard it is to ride for that long.
I had a sweet set too and got my toe 5 again along with my tootsie. Starting to feel pretty good about the upcoming contests. (:

Riding at Xtreme Gene is my favorite thing to do right now. It’s been a great crew of people here to ride with and it’s been fun (even though I’m aching so bad) to get back into it.
It’s been some girlpower going on since both Loes Linder and (my worst competition 😉 ) Sian Hurst has been out shredding. Both of them landed Whirly’s and Sian’s started riding so massive! I tried to gather some material to put an edit together but it just wasn’t enough time to shoot. Next time cause I feel like it’s time for another edit!
Now DC and Sian left to go back to their Irish Nationals this weekend, (good luck to both!) so left behind is me and Dylan Mitchell, one of my favorite people to ride with/watch ride from South Africa. Hoping to get some more riding done today! (:

Flight tickets
Just booked 3 flights from here to Sweden, Germany and Ukraine. I hate booking flights! Otherwise life at Xtreme is so good! Unfortunately the WiFi at the camp is down at the moment so I cant write a massive update as I would like but hopefully it will be up and running soon!
Bye Sweden, hola Spain!
Lucky my boardbag has off-road wheels cause I’m trekking to the train now!
Swedish summer at its best!
Yesterday I was out at my sisters summer house with her and her husband. This was where my wakeboarding started, behind our little 50 horsepower out boarder. I started thinking about what it would have been like if my dad hadn’t suggested that I tried wakeboarding. I’d never have started and probably would be in uni somewhere loving the few weeks of summer holidays. I’m happy my dad got that old wakeboard when I was 13 instead of just letting me tube like I wanted to 😉
Aww thanks Frenchy!
Just checked in Lucas new website (Link) and I’m listed as one of his friends. Sick site, check it out!
Although he did spell my name wrong… 😉
