Grand Opening

Last nights opening was insane! I felt like I was part of the Olympics and it was so cool to meet the other Swedish Athletes in the other teams! Good luck to everyone, at least the locals were cheering for us (:

(Sorry for the bad quality, I was too busy waving 😉 )

Timing, timing, timing

Of course things always have to happen right when you don’t want them too. A few days ago as I was out practicing for the World Games (and having a pretty decent ride) I took a hard landing and before I knew it I heard a loud SNAP. Luckily this sound didn’t come from my body but from my board, which still put me in a bit of a tight spot. Since I fly out of here on tuesday and there is no store close by who stocks DUP I had to e-mail the guys over seas and I’m so happy to be working with them.

After some e-mails back and fourth they have now sent a fresh board to my friend Charlotte in the UK and she’s going to bring it to Colombia for me. So stoked to have both friends and sponsors looking out for me (:

On my way back to Spain

Wakestock was amazing! A longer post is on it’s way but here’s a video from the event. Can’t wait to be back in Spain and ride!

New Trick!

Today I landed the trick that I’ve been wanting (and never thought I would) land for the past 5 years. It’s the best feeling to be on your board and stick something new, I’m so filled with butterflies right now.. Oh and I did get A LITTLE bit happy when I landed it…. (:
