I never thought I’d hear myself say this but, I’m actually really enjoying my off season work out! This saturday we spent 3 hours with the physio’s at the National Sports Complex where they gave us some guide lines to maximize our winter training. Basically it’s to focus on core strength and hip/knee stabilizing. It was A W E S O M E!
Now I am full of motivation to get my body in the best shape possible and ready for the American wakes next season. And to have my friend Nick with me out at the complex was awesome. I think maybe my abs got the most work out from all the laughing. (:
